Students in Mrs. Mia Thompson’s AP Art classes — drawing, 2-D, and 3-D — all work together to help improve their artwork on Mon., Oct. 7. Thompson said, “This is why I love critiques!” when positive feedback was shared between student artists.

Lily Hannuksela, Staff Writer
Lily Hannuksela is a senior at North Kingstown High School. She currently attends 5 classes, the ones she excels in being Literature and AP Drawing. Last year, in AP 2-D, she got a 5 on her portfolio. Outside of school, she enjoys reading, the majority being comics as of late, and working on art projects. Her favorite movie is Crimson Peak and her favorite book isĀ StardustĀ by Neil Gaiman. She decided to take Multimedia Journalism this year because of an old childhood dream of being like Lester Holt on the Nightly News, which she would never miss a showing of when a young child.
