Senior Nick Floody might have never been to a concert, but he is no stranger to music. His favorites include Tyler the Creator, Nirvana, MF Doom, and Van Halen, who actually inspired him to play bass guitar. He does so in a band with his friends, and you can catch them doing local gigs at the Pump House on occasion. When he’s not rehearsing or filming videos with the band, Nick coaches wrestling and manages the kitchen at McDonald’s. Despite wrestling for 12 years, Nick decided to quit last year and do the musical instead. For college, he is most interested in film and journalism, but, before then, he’s trying to visit Greece or Italy on his own this summer. He feels like he’s been in the states too long and wants to adventure.
